Hi, I'm Mazen

Mazen Movement

 

Mazen comes from a civil and construction engineering background. He spent most of his early career being stiff and out of shape, attributing it to his demanding job that required over 60 hours per week, along with frequent travel. In 2017, he made the decision to delve into bodyweight training. Witnessing its effectiveness, especially for individuals with hectic professional lives, inspired him to pursue certifications as a personal trainer and later as a yoga teacher.

By 2020, Mazen had experienced significant physical and mental benefits on the journey to mastering handstands, leading to a profound love for the practice. Applying his structural engineering knowledge, he enjoys incorporating concepts of body alignment and integrity into the art of handstands.
